112年5月7日，新住民家庭服務中心整合年度志工培訓，中心社會工作員蘇祐增以"愛永無止息"為題於臺東縣臺東市成功里進行老人保護之家庭暴力防治宣導。
會中以"衛生福利部照顧長輩過程中所衍生的暴力議題影片"為開場引起學員對老人保護議題之學習動機。從影片中引導學員思索老人照顧過程中可能會遇到那些受虐待之類型。如何識別這些虐待、存在華人社會中有哪些可能是長者不願求助的原因。
會後並以有獎徵答方式驗收學員參與過程是否提高老人保護中相關議題的認識，包含對於老人受虐的特徵識別及如何識別老人受虐的類型及相關求助管道。
期因著整合志工培訓及對老人的受虐特徵的識別，讓社區民眾提高對老人保護的意識，讓社區對老人的愛永無止息。

On May 7, 112th year of the Republic of China (2023), the New Immigrant Family Service Center organized its annual volunteer training. Social worker Yu-Tseng Su presented a seminar titled "Love Knows No Bounds" on the prevention of domestic violence against the elderly in the Successful Village of Taitung City, Taitung County.

The session commenced with a screening of the "Violence Issues Arising in the Care of the Elderly" video provided by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. This video served as an opening to stimulate the participants' interest in learning about issues related to the protection of the elderly. The video guided participants to reflect on the types of abuse that may occur during the care of the elderly. It addressed how to identify such abuse and explored reasons why elders in the Chinese community might be reluctant to seek help.

Following the presentation, a quiz with prizes was conducted to assess whether the participants' engagement had enhanced their understanding of relevant issues in elderly protection. This included identifying characteristics of elder abuse, recognizing types of elder abuse, and being aware of available avenues for seeking help.

Through the integration of volunteer training and the identification of signs of elder abuse, the aim is to raise awareness in the community and empower individuals to recognize and prevent elder abuse. The overarching goal is to foster an everlasting love and care for the elderly within the community.
